Hot from the warmer all morning. Get in early for these, they’re usually the first thing to sell out.

Pies, sausage rolls, sourdough, rolls and proper coffee, in the Hazelbrook village shops. Come early. The pies have a habit of going before lunch.

What we bake
What’s in the cabinet.
Baked through the early hours so it’s ready when the doors open. Some of it doesn’t make it to lunchtime, which we take as a compliment.
Sourdough & bread
Proper slow sourdough alongside the everyday loaves and bread rolls. The fruit sourdough has its regulars.
Rolls & sandwiches
Pork rolls, chicken rolls, banh mi and quiche. Made up fresh, right for a lunch you eat in the car.
Coffee
The reason a fair few people stop here on the way down the hill. Made properly, not pushed through in a hurry.
Cakes & sweets
Fresh cakes and slices in the front cabinet. Ring ahead if you need a whole one for something.
Big orders
Trays of sandwiches, a box of pies, a run of coffees for the crew. Give us a bit of notice and it’s ready to collect.
Order ahead
Ring it through the day before.
Worksite runs, birthdays, a footy team, a funeral, a school thing. Anything where you need a lot of it at once and you’d rather not hope we’ve got enough left.
Catering trays
Sandwiches, rolls and pastries made up for a crowd, ready at the time you say.
Cakes to order
Whole cakes for birthdays and occasions. Give us a few days and tell us what you’re after.
The morning run
A box of pies and a tray of coffees for the site or the office. Ordered the night before, waiting at 6am.

From 5:30 in the morning. If you're heading down the mountain for work, we're open before you leave.

Can I order a cake or a catering tray?
Yes. Ring (02) 4700 5653 and tell us what you need and when. Give us a few days for a whole cake, and a day's notice for trays and big orders.
Do the pies really run out?
Often, yes. We bake what we can sell fresh rather than have it sitting there all afternoon. If you want to be sure, come in the morning or ring ahead and we'll put some aside.
